A word of advice: if you’ve ever thought about becoming an MMA fighter (or worse, one of those idiots who disobeys the “Do not try this at home” warnings), first watch this video from UFC 129 last night and ask “Would I like to be kicked in the face like this?”
Odds are, your answer is a resounding “Oh hell no.” Don’t mind the fact that Randy Couture is 47 years old and was last seen in The Expendables. A kick straight to your grill like that can’t feel good in any way.
And if you thought that was bad, check out the rhino horn left on Mark Hominick’s face after taking a beating from Jose Aldo.
To Hominick’s credit, he almost came back to KO Aldo in the final round, a feat made even more impressive by the fact that he probably couldn’t see anything whatsoever.
