Clowe thought it would be a good idea to poke a sleeping bear this week after Nik Kronwall’s last pummeling, calling the Wings D-man out in the media.
“Did you see what he did to Dany Heatley? I just wish I was lined up against Kronwall.”
Thankfully for the Wings (and all of us who will watch this video 20 more times before tomorrow), Kronwall decided to deliver Clowe’s wish on the ice. The Wings came back from a two goal 3rd period deficit to beat the Sharks 4-3, forcing a Game 6 tomorrow at the Joe.
