Per usual for the Pistons’ top draft pick, Brandon Knight threw out the first pitch on Friday at Comerica Park. Unlike John Wall, his predecessor at Kentucky, Knight got the pitch all the way to home plate (or off the mound, for that matter).
Not surprisingly, Kyle Singler can be seen in the background of Knight’s interview, chomping down on as many peanuts as he can get his hands on. Hey, he might as well enjoy the free stuff while it lasts; I doubt he’s still on the team come late October.
