Randy Moss announced his retirement today after 13 NFL seasons. Despite all the years he tortured the Lions secondary (who didn’t?), the only response I can come up with is:
Close observers will note that Moss never pulls his pants back up after mooning the crowd. Essentially, Moss played his final six NFL seasons with his pants around his ankles. Quite the impressive feat, especially considering his record-setting season in 2007 with the Patriots (thanks for the fantasy points, Randy).
While nothing will ever top the Full Moon Over Lambeau, I also enjoyed watching Moss torch the Dallas Cowboys for a combined 307 yards and 5 touchdowns on two Thanksgiving Day games back when the Cowboys didn’t embarrass themselves on a weekly basis.
