Usually, you’d only expect to hear about a story like this if the team sucked, but the fact that Tom Brady is coming off a decent outing (/sarcasm) on Monday night makes his quote seem a little off-base.
“Yeah, start drinking early… Get nice and rowdy. 4:15 game, lot of time to get lubed up. Come out here, and cheer for the home team.”
Of course, lest we forget that Tom Brady spent four years in Ann Arbor back in the ’90s, where they tailgate as hard as anyone in the country. After seeing the atmosphere in Ann Arbor last weekend, who can blame him for wanting a piece of that in Foxboro next weekend?
