Justin Verlander can still throw ‘easy gas’ late in games

Justin Verlander’s average fastball in the month of May was 93.83 MPH, a career low, but he showed on Friday night against the Seattle Mariners that he still has that Taco Bell gas. He pumped 95-plus on more than 15 pitches and 98.1 mph on pitch 94.

Don’t worry – he’s still got it.
