The Blackhawks win the Stanley Cup every other year, and now they are really good again. Is anyone surprised that they have won 12 games in a row? If we are talking about surprising or exciting streaks this year, they are just below Columbus’s 2 game winning streak that I’m sure they had at some point this year. Still, everyone is talking about this streak, even though it’s pretty boring.
OK, 12 games in a row is pretty good. The Blackhawks are really good. As usual.

New York Rangers 3, Vancouver 2 (OT) – The Rangers are pretty much playing for second. It’s a pretty tight battle for 2nd, as well.
Toronto 3, Philadelphia 2 – Hey! Toronto is ruining evenings in Pennsylvania now!
Washington 6, Columbus 3 – Maybe the Jackets haven’t had a 2 game winning streak.
Boston 4, Montreal 1 – The Canadiens have 4 wins in their last 21 games. They are out of playoff position. They desperately need Carey Price to return.
Tampa Bay 6, Edmonton 4 – Yeehaw.
Chicago 4, Nashville 1 – Nashville was pretty bad for a team with such good defense.
Los Angeles 3, Dallas 2 – Each team scored twice in the first period, but they just haaaad to keep playing way past my bed time.
