Hello, and welcome to Twins Target. I am Ryan Henning, and I will be taking it from here. I assume most of you are following me from the very recently shuttered Rhino and Compass. Thank you for making the transition with me. I like that old logo, because it’s so awful. That’s really the only reason that I set up a Blogger site of the same name. If you want to know what I have to say about non-Twins stuff, feel free to go there. If you want hockey, then by all means check out Barry Melrose Rocks, which is also one of my babies. Adopted, but still mine.
I expect to do the game recaps, the podcast with Kyle Blume and timely Twins analysis that you came to love over the last season at The R&C. I hope that we will be able to assemble a team here to provide more comprehensive coverage of the Twins this season. Longtime Twins Target readers might be pleased to hear that our Sports Daily overlords have reached out to the original proprietor of Twins Target Andrew Kneeland, and you may see his name pop up on a few posts.
I’m hoping that we will be able to pull in some of Rhino and Compass’s archives shortly, which will make this site look a little bit more normal. Two posts in, though, and it’s starting to look good. I hope you enjoy the ride. Welcome.
