We often wonder what opposing teams, their beat reporters and bloggers are saying about the Celtics. Here’s a look at some enemy chatter from Golden State.
“What can they be mad about?” Durant said Wednesday night, when asked about how the Celtics faithful might receive him Friday.
“I never played there. I never said I was going there. But they’re going to support their team. It’s one of the best fan bases in the league — top-five, easily. So no matter who goes in there, they’re going to boo them. But I have no attachment to Boston at all.”
Just because a woman swipes right on your profile doesn’t mean she’s going to go out with you.
And that’s what Kevin Durant did by listening to Boston’s free agent pitch. He swiped right.
We can’t hate him for it, but we certainly can resent him.
Excuse me… I’m not good enough for you?
I’ll be extremely disappointed if the Garden faithful do not boo Durant mercilessly tomorrow night.
This game terrifies me though. Without Horford or Crowder, the Warriors might win by 30.
