Ray Closing In On Sharman

With one game left, and the possibilty that Ray won't even play tonight, Ray Allen will end up breaking Bill Sharman's single-season free throw percentage record tonight.

If all goes as expected, Celtics guard Ray Allen will finish the regular season with a franchise-record for free throw shooting and the fourth highest mark in NBA history.

Allen has shot a career-best .952 after making 237 of 249 free throws and isn't expected to play in the season-finale tonight against Washington
