Tim Donaghy was on WEEI today… here's part of what he said.
Disgraced NBA referee Tim Donaghy appeared as a guest on Dennis &
Callahan and said that he had problems with Celtics coach Doc Rivers.
Donaghy claimed that Rivers would try to influence younger officials
into making calls that would benefit his team. "He wasn't high on my
list," said Donaghy, who once threw Rivers out of a game early in the
first quarter. Donaghy also said that Rasheed Wallace wasn't liked by
the officials because Wallace would reveal the refs' biases to the
media.
