All right everyone… let it all out. The Twins are 0-4. They haven’t been able to hit much. They have had that one really bad pitching outing. Josh Willingham and Ryan Doumit have looked horrible in the outfield on defense. Jamey Carroll is old and not good at baseball, and is under contract for 2 seasons.
Will the team ever win again? Maybe not. They have a very difficult schedule in April, which may break the team’s will to carry on the rest of the way. Bill Smith ruined the team last year by personally injuring Justin Morneau, and asking Joe Mauer to sit out. Oh, and what motivation does Mauer have anymore anyways? He’s now officially overpaid. And what has Terry Ryan done to help, aside from gaining draft picks and adding 7 players to the roster? Clearly, it wasn’t enough.

The Twins bullpen is awful. I mean, TWO of them have allowed runs this year. That’s HORRIBLE. What’s up with that? I don’t know, I’m just ready to get off the bandwagon.
OK, now that that’s out of our system, can we just approach a team that has gotten off to a bit of a rocky start in a more rational manner? 4/162 games will not make a season, so chill out, everybody.
