So, this was an easy one. There was no heat added, just some chopping. My relish was without onions, because I had no onions left, but it did employ, as the name implies, some mango, red pepper, cilantro and lemon juice. I think the onion would have been all right, but I don’t think it would have been necessary.
The problem was that there was no sauce, though I’m not sure what would have helped. Mango and tuna is a good combination, though, if you are interested in ever trying it again. It just needed a little something to help out with the dry tortilla.
