That is a smirk that says to me “What the hell is this?” or “This is some bulls-t”. And perhaps that is exactly what he was thinking, thrown in the pokey for resisting arrest. As Eric and I discussed yesterday… Getting arrested for resisting arrest, while not being charged with anything else is… unusual. It’s the ultimate chicken/egg situation. What was he resisting arrest from if he wasn’t being arrested for anything else? Basically, “you’re being arrested for being arrested”.
So, yeah, Adrian, that’s probably the best, confused style look for the situation.
