Eric Dickerson wasn’t just goggles. Sure, in his day teams ran the ball a little bit more but the record he owns, the most single season yards rushing is still impressive. Even if Adrian Peterson breaks Dickerson’s record, he won’t match Dickerson’s total yardage while playing in Los Angeles, likely won’t break the record for yards in a playoff game (as seen above) and he almost certainly won’t get an awesomely 80stastic video created in his honor.
