The Warriors look to keep things rolling and get their 9th straight win. Andre came up clutch in their last game, hitting his second game winner of the season.
The Warriors squeaked out a win in Atlanta and now have had a day to recover and get prepared for this game against the Wizards.
Expect the Warriors to come out with a little bit more firepower in this game.
The Wizards are looking to do two things in this game: get back on track and stop the red-hot Warriors.
The Wizards will have to limit their second best player in minutes though. Beal has been battling a lingering injured knee.
Michael Lee of the Washington Post News Group writes:
“It’s real tough, because I’m not really used to being limited,” said Beal, who will receive 28 to 30 minutes when the Washington Wizards host the red-hot Golden State Warriors on Sunday at Verizon Center.

“I guess these minutes are going to continue to be the way they are until I get better. It sucks, but I have to deal with it and it’s for my own safety.”

Before being shut down for nine games, Beal led the NBA in minutes at 40.2 and the Wizards in scoring at 20.6 points. In the eight games since, the second-year shooting guard is averaging 13.6 points in just 27.5 minutes.
