The Warriors will look to get just the second win in their last eight home games against the Orlando Magic, which would be a season sweep on this Magic team. Golden State will look to keep shooting at a very high rate as Curry and Thompson led the way Sunday night in Portland, combining for 64 points.
Orlando comes in losers of five straight games, their most recent loss in overtime to the Washington Wizards in Washington. Harris and Victor Oladipo both came off the bench and provided very solid numbers, as Tobias had 21 points and Oladipo had 15.
“They’ve got some guys that can get going,” Warriors forward Harrison Barnes said yesterday after practice, “Vucevic is a very good player, Jameer Nelson’s very good. They’ve got young guys Oladipo and Mo Harkless who can get it going as well, so our biggest thing with them is containing guys individually.”
As we reported in regards to the Warriors’ current playoff race:
“Honestly, at this point in the season if you overlook any team with 14 games left, wherever you are in the standings, then something’s wrong,” Curry said today at morning shootaround, “That’s a test of our maturity and mental toughness, to put all that noise out, ‘Ah, they’ve only won four road games’ and this and that.

“This is the NBA. We’ve already seen that teams can come in and get hot and make plays,” Curry added, “They’re all talented, so we feel like at home we should win this game, but we have to go out and play like it and not just expect it to happen or else we’ll have the same post-game pow-wow where we’re frustrated with the outcome.”
The Magic have an awful 4-30 away game record and they start a four-game road trip tonight. They are 0-11 against the Western Conference this year and allow 106.8 points away from home.
