Warriors again will be without Andrew Bogut and David Lee as both are out with injuries. They will look to Draymond Green, O’Neal and Speights to pick up the slack in Bogut and Lee’s absence.
The Warriors lost a very a tough game Sunday night to a very inconsistent New York Knicks team, which is the Warriors’ second loss in three games. They have a tough two days ahead of them, playing Dallas and the San Antonio Spurs in as many nights. The Texas “Two-Step” these next two days could make or break the Warriors’ seeding.
The Mavericks haven’t played a road game since March 16th; they have had eight straight home games. They are just 4-3 in that home stand. Dallas has lost the last two meetings with the Warriors. Dallas is 10-2 against the Warriors in Dallas in the last 12 meetings, while scoring 110 points per game and only allowing 96.5.
Monte Poole of CSN Bay Area:
“Bogues will stay here, continue to get treatment and try to get as close to 100 percent as possible,” Jackson said.
.
Starting Power forward David Lee will make the trip, Jackson said, but has not practiced in a week and is unlikely to play in either game.
.
“He’s made progress, feeling better,” Jackson said.”He’ll be on the trip, but I don’t expect him to play tomorrow.”
.
Bogut, averaging 7.7 points and 10.2 rebounds per game, will miss his 12th and 13th games this season and likely will be replaced by veteran Jermaine O’Neal.
.
Lee, averaging 18.5 points and 9.4 rebounds, will miss his eighth and ninth games. Jackson gave no indication of who would replace him in the starting lineup.
This is perhaps an even more important game for Dallas than it is for Golden State:
If #Mavs win, we have 7th seed & half a game behind 6th seed. If #Mavs lose, we have 9th seed & half a game behind 8th seed. #DALvsGSW

Eddie Sefko of the Dallas Morning News:
They are 1-2 against the Warriors this season but have won 10 of the last 12 meetings at AAC, including a 103-99 decision in November.
.
For some reason, DeJuan Blair plays well against the Warriors. He averaged 7.7 points and 8.7 rebounds in the first three games this season.
