Shaun Livingston called for a #DubNation huddle earlier this week. They stepped up to the plate delivering #HomeRunDerby-quality questions in an attempt to get to know their new member of the fam a little better. Livingston (@ShaunLivingston) threw out the first pitch saying, answering questions/comments today… “What’s up?”

Getting things started off early, we tweeted Livingston, “Welcome to #DubNation! How excited are you to play home games at #Roaracle and what nickname should we use, is it S-Dot?”

Livingston answered, “Sdot… can only imagine how fun it is to play in front of bay every night. Can’t wait to leave it all out there for them.”

Brian Young (@byoung73) turned around and bombed one out to deep center asking, “Any good stories of you and @Andre (Andre Iguodala) growing up?”

Livingston had to laugh replying and including @andre, “We smacked them in a shoutout his senior year in high school. They were number 1 in the state! Iggy what up! Lol”

Even Iguodala had to come back stating, “I had the flu.”

Joe Corcoran (@HeyyyJoeee) then parked one asking, “What number are you going to wear?”

Livingston answered, “34.”

Livingston replied,@ShaunLivingston: @_reggiemcfly my teammates/ warrior fans

Even our very own Ryan Viera (@ryan_viera) got into the act, hitting a towering shot that bounced off the top of the wall and over the fence: “Can you bring back the Afro sometime?”

Livingston responded in kind, “Sorry bro…it’s a wrap.”

Teddy Bukasa (@tedybukasa) hit the fair pole asking, “You seemed to be explosive last season. what % of your old-self would you say you’re at?”

Livingston’s response: “Who knows…will say 90 so I can always leave room to get better.”

After revealing his favorite athlete as Muhammad Ali and his favorite TV show as Law & Order SVU, Livingston said that his personal goal with the Warriors this season would be, “To shoot more 3’s and help make the guys better. Championship.”

A good bevy of the Q&A was also reported on the Warriors team blog.
