  • Two-round competition, five shooting locations positioned around the 3-point arc. Four racks contain four orange balls (worth one point) and one multi-colored “money” ball (worth two points). The fifth rack is the “all money ball” rack, which each participant can place at any of the five shooting locations. Top three advance to finals
  • Shooting Order: Matthews, Redick, Harden, Irving, Curry, Thompson, Korver, Belinelli
  • Stephen Curry will be competing in his fourth Three-Point Contest having lost the last three competitions (2010, 2013, 2014). This is Klay Thompson’s first time competing in the Three-Point Contest
  • Marco Belinelli is the defending Three-Point Contest champion (2014), and Kyrie Irving was the preceding champion (2013)
  • Curry currently holds the record for most made threes in a season (273). He’s also 6th in career 3-pt shooting percentage.
  • Kyle Korver holds the record for most consecutive games with a three-pointer (127), as well as the record for highest three-point percentage in a season (53.6), a record previously held by Warriors head coach and 1997 Three-Point Contest Champion, Steve Kerr. He’s 7th in career 3-pt shooting.
  • Curry is the 13/4 odds favorite to win, and Thompson is at 4/1 – SBNation, OddsShark
