POSTGAME: Mary Babers-Green Gives DubNation Some Words Of Encouragement After Game 6 Loss: “Let’s Get It!”

QUICKEN LOANS ARENA, CLEVELAND, OH — The Golden State Warriors fought back from an embarrassing 31-11 first quarter to pull to within just nine points by the end of the third quarter against the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 6 of the 2016 NBA Finals, but succumbed in the end, 115-101.

As we waited in the tunnel to enter the Warriors’ locker room for postgame coverage (FULL VIDEO HERE), we bumped into Mary Babers-Green, power forward Draymond Green‘s mother, also known as “DrayMom”.

Mary, who recently made her Twitter account private and has had to deal with a lot of negativity on social media, often tweets, “Keep it positive!” and Thursday night after a crushing defeat in Cleveland was no different:

“We’re down, but we’re not out. Let’s get it!” said Green, as the Warriors headed into a decisive Game 7 with their backs against the wall, the Cavs with all the momentum going in.
