Mike Cameron said he plans to rejoin the Red Sox on Monday and that his rehab is going well:
“Another good day for the body, man. It was a little rough (getting up yesterday morning) but that’s what it is going to take in order for me to get back to the big leagues. But it was another stepping stone.”
Cameron drove in the go-ahead run in last night’s PawSox victory and treated the team to an ice cream social after the game. The Red Sox will have to decide if they want to keep Jonathan Van Every or Darnell McDonald on the team once Cameron comes back.
