The Red Sox may not be done with Adrian Gonzalez and Carl Crawford. They have an offer out to Russell Martin and are waiting for his response. The Yankees and Jay are also in on Martin, and since the Yanks lost out on Crawford they may up their offer to Martin, especially since it not a given that they will land Cliff Lee. The Red Sox’ big splash could turn into the tsunami.
