The Sox have hired Greg Colbrunn as their new hitting coach. Colbrunn played 13 seasons in the majors with the Expos, Marlins, Twins, Braves, Rockies, Diamondbacks and Mariners. He has spent the last six seasons with the Yankees' Class A Charleston team serving as their manager and hitting coach.
