Stephen Drew received good news after his visit to a concussion specialist in Pittsburgh yesterday and this morning. Drew has been cleared to resume baseball activities but will likely not play in any of the remaining Grapefruit League games. Jose Iglesias should start the season at shortstop with Drew coming back sometime in the first week. The Red Sox will then have to decide who they want as the everyday starter.
