As we are almost a month into the 2013 MLB season, I thought we'd take a look at where the Red Sox are in the standings. It's a much more appealing look than where we were a year ago. The Red Sox have come out of the gate with good pitching and some pop to their bats and it has led to their best start to date. The Red Sox are 15-7, Lester is 4-0 and Buchholz is 5-0. So far, this team looks like they are really clicking and while it shouldn't matter…they just seem like a much more likeable team.
I'll be checking in on how the Sox are doing and where they are in the standings on a weekly basis or so. In the next week the Sox get to face the Astros 3 more times, head off to face the Blue Jays and then head down to Texas to face the Rangers who are also off to a hot start.
