According to the Celtics (via ESPN Boston)
Celtics guards Ray Allen and Mickael Pietrus both underwent arthroscopic surgery Wednesday morning at New England Baptist Hospital, according to the team. Both surgeries were completed by Celtics team physician Dr. Brian McKeon and assisted by Dr. Mark Slovenkai.
No shock here. Though I suppose this shows I should be a little easier than I’ve been on Pietrus. The guy had a concussion, came back from that before any of us thought, and played on a knee that needed surgery. Not that I ever questioned his dedication to this team… but you forget some of these things when you watch games and wish for the performances they might give when fully healthy.
I’m wondering if ANYONE on this team was healthy by the end.
