I occasionally get questions on Twitter about what sneakers players are wearing during games. But no sneaker this season has gotten more “what ARE those?” than the kicks Paul Pierce has busted out the past few games.
Pierce is still wearing his usual Nike Air Legacy 3’s… but he’s wearing a special “Black History Month” colorway that features a distinctive pattern and orange laces. Unfortunately for fans of these, you’ll probably never get a chance to wear a pair. The Air Legacy 3 is not available for adults to purchase and the only chance of finding these particular kicks is if Pierce himself auctions them off for charity.
