One GM I spoke to thinks the Timberwolves trade Kevin Love by draft night. “The distraction will only get worse the longer he’s there.”

Same GM thinks Chicago, LA, Houston, Boston, Golden State & Cleveland will be the teams actively trying to make a deal for Love.

Chicago appears to be active on multiple fronts. We heard they are trying to package the 16th and 19th picks to move up in the draft. We also know they are interested in signing Carmelo Anthony. They can’t move on Love and Anthony. To sign Melo, the Bulls have to, “amnesty the contract of Carlos Boozer and unload forward Taj Gibson and at least one more player,” according to Adrian Wojnarowski.
Houston could also shift its focus from Love to Melo. There’s this report that Daryl Morey knows he doesn’t have the assets to compete with other teams:
On the Kevin Love front, I’m told the Houston Rockets are pretty sure they’re outgunned in terms of having the assets that Minnesota wants.

Including the Lakers on a list of potential trade partners is preposterous, but the media refuses to dismiss them.
As Celtics fans, we need to be most concerned about the Warriors and Cavs, provided Cleveland is willing to move the #1 pick in this draft.
Sullinger, Bass, Bogans, #6, and a future Nets 1st rounder. Maybe Olynyk, too.
