A few days ago the St. Louis Blues described Magnus Paajarvi’s injury as significant. The forward was expected to miss some time, but few details were released aside from the vague classification of the injury being of the “upper-body” variety.
Today, the Blues announced that Paajarvi has been placed on the IR due to the injury he suffered against the Nashville Predators back on October 26th.
Like before, information is still limited. The “upper-body” classification basically only tells us that the injury is from the waist up. It was difficult to assess Paajarvi’s injury when it took place as he remained in the game after the initial hit. It was only later that he left the ice.
No timetable on Paajarvi at this time.
