The third matchup of the Elite Eight brings us back to another clutch playoff shot against the New York Knicks, versus a beautifully executed impromptu play in Philadelphia. Kevin Garnett was clearly out of gas by the end of the Miami series, but against New York, he was huge on several instances. His jump hook in certainly one of them. Meanwhile, this play down in Philly is something the Boston Pops would compose music for.
Seed #3: KG's Jump Hook vs NYK (ECQF Game 2) – Game 1 had already featured some amazing plays during a close game that the C's were able to win at the Garden. Game 2 did not disappoint in the drama department as the Celtics trailed the Knicks by one with under 20 seconds left. This time, there would be no alley-oop from Rajon Rondo, but KG would still be the go-to man. And this time, he does it with a strong, gritty, old-school back-down power move in the post that results in a jump hook that proved to be the game winner.

Seed #27: Shamrock Symphony in Philly – Nenad Krstic rebounds a Ray Allen missed three, then kicks it out to Paul Pierce who is camped at the three-point line. Without hesitation, he fires a pass to Ray who smartly went to the hoop after missing his three. Ray, also without hesitation, executes a sweet behind-the-back bounce pass to Krstic, rewarding the big man's efforts. Krstic then slams it home for two.
