So much for yesterday's report. Now, he's on his way.
Benetton Treviso officially announced the signing of E'Twuan Moore from Purdue University. The guard was selected by Boston Celtics in the 2011 NBA draft with the 55th overall.
Moore signed for one year with Treviso. In his senior year in NCAA, Moore averaged 18ppg, 5.1rpg and 3.2apg in 34 games. The guard will be in Treviso on August 16th of the training camp.
"We are excited for his signing. He was selected by Boston Celtics and that's mean that the player is valid. He reminds me Bootsy Thornthon" said Claudio Coldebella, GM of Benetton Treviso.
This a different team than yesterday's report. So Mr. Moore had some kind of penchant for playing in Italy.
Here's the kicker: There's no report yet of an out clause. E'Twaun might be overseas for the entire year.
UPDATE: There IS an out clause.
