T.J. Oshie is gone, but certainly not forgotten in St. Louis. Blues fans have been checking in on the current Washington Capitals forward during the playoffs and it turns out that Oshie has been doing the same on the Blues.
Ex-#StlBlues F T.J. Oshie said Game 7 vs. #Blackhawks was first full NHL game he watched on TV. "I care a lot about those guys," he said.

T.J. Oshie on #StLBlues: "Extremely happy for them. They took down a champion. In that division, that’s what you’ve got to do to move on."

Oshie’s first quote isn’t entirely clear. Was this the first game he watched this year? This playoffs? Since he became a pro? Regardless, what is clear is that he still has a strong connection with players on the Blues roster.
In a way, Oshie did assist on this current Blues run in the playoffs as his trade to the Capitals brought in Troy Brouwer who scored the huge Game 7 winner.
Here’s to hoping the Blues meet up with Oshie and the Capitals in the Stanley Cup Final.
