Once again, the great video guys over at Ball Is Life have the top plays from Impact Vegas' competitive training series-or as some players have started to call it: "LockoutLeague". Today's clip features the top 15 plays of week 1, as long as a few honorable mentions. Our own Jermaine O'Neal comes-in at #7 with a putback dunk over J.J. Hickson.
