This will be one of the shortest posts to ever appear on Frozen Notes. There is no goalie controversy despite the fact Brian Elliott was hooked in Game 6. None. It’s his team and he has earned the right to ride or die with the Blues in Game 7.
Hitchcock apparently doesn’t have that same faith:

Now isn’t the time to bail on Elliott. He has been a big reason why the Blues have gotten this far and the Blues deserve to give him the chance he deserves.
