It's been a good week for Chipper Jones.
Tuesday, the former Atlanta Braves star was honored by the Georgia House of Representatives as a resolution, sponsored by Representative Sam Teasley, was passed proclaiming March 5, 2013 as "Chipper Jones Day" in the state. And on Friday, the 1999 National League MVP dropped this subtle hint via Twitter.
Suffice it to say, this isn't the only time Jones will be making his way back to Turner Field this season. On June 28, the club is set to retire the eight-time All-Star's number and induct him into the team's Hall of Fame before the Braves take the field against the Arizona Diamondbacks.
Oh, get your tickets now, because, also…it's fireworks night.
