The World Champs are the Coolest

It's no secret, the San Francsico Giants probably have one of the best marketing teams in the business.  From Star Wars Day at the ballpark to the upcoming Metallica Night…the team's promotions wizards are making me wish I was a fan.

Thankfully, the social media squad is on point as well.  Sunday, fan Austin Paxman posted the following on Twitter.

Monday, this is how the World Champs responded.

"I have been a fan since I was a kid, so it was hard to believe," the Utah resident told The Hall.  "But after the disbelief was shock and joy."

Now, I'm not sure where this whole #RandomActsofOpeningDay came from, but I'm all for it.  Especially if it means free lids!
