The TV show "Arrested Development" takes place in Newport Beach, California, so it makes perfect sense that on Wednesday, the famed Bluth Banana Stand took up residency outside Yankee Stadium, right?

Yup, to help celebrate its return, the famed family's frozen banana stand was on hand to see the New York Yankees get throttled by the Seattle Mariners 12-2. But at least fans visiting the "House That Bluth Built" were able to walk away with handshakes and promo merch.
But that wasn't all. According to the team, New York Yankees tickets could also be yours.
And, yeah, for those of you living in a cave, new episodes of "Arrested Development" will be available via Netflix May 26.
