Hold off burning those LeBron James jerseys, folks. The New York Mets Single-A affiliate in Port St. Lucie (some two hours north of Miami) would like to put them to good use.

Heat fans who come to Tradition Field over the next week can trade in their LeBron James jerseys or T-shirt jerseys for a St. Lucie Mets season ticket for all remaining home games. The season ticket package includes a special cup and Mets T-shirt. All James jerseys and T-shirts should be brought to the Tradition Field ticket office. The garments will be donated to the local Goodwill.
Goodwill will then, without a doubt, burn the things. But, hey…no soot on your hands, right?
