Burt Reynolds is Selling Off His Awesome Stuff

Alright, full disclosure time…I love Burt Reynolds.

Seriously. I’ve got an autographed picture of the guy in my office.

To me, Reynolds is a living legend that unjustly has become some sort of punching bag and it pains me to read that the Bandit himself is regardless of his motives, auctioning off all his stuff.

“I want everyone to know that contrary to what all the news outlets are saying, I am not broke,” Reynolds told “Entertainment Tonight”. “I am simply selling some of my memorabilia that I have enjoyed for so many years but do not have use nor room for them anymore. Quite frankly, I am sick of so many pictures of myself in my own home.”

Well…dude’s loss is all of our gain.

Given he played a handful of games during his time at Florida State and once owned a piece of the USFL Tampa Bay Bandits, the mustached legend is widely regarded as a “football guy” (this Burt Reynolds would be the “baseball guy”), one glance at the items up for sale proves he had quite the appetite for baseball memorabilia as well.

The best of the best (and most random) baseball-related items on the auction block.

Some pretty sweet stuff, really. But if anyone is feeling generous…I’ll gladly take this as a gift.
