Newly acquired Los Angeles Angel Andrew Heaney might’ve had the tweet of the Winter Meetings late Wednesday night.
Well, @Dodgers we had a good run! Great to be a part of such a storied franchise. #thanksforthememories

Wait…Dodgers? Hold on.
The 23-year-old pitcher, who woke up Wednesday a member of the Miami Marlins, went to bed having made two stops in Los Angeles along the way.
First, the Marlins top prospect was sent to the Dodgers as part of a seven-player deal that included All-Star second baseman Dee Gordon. Then, just a few hours later, Heaney was shipped 30 miles southeast on “The 101” from the Dodgers to the Angels in exchange for Howie Kendrick.
Trading a guy mere hours after welcoming him to your team? Suffice it to say, the NBA Draft thinks that is adorable.
