Not the Wu-Tang, but the Killer B’s were on the swarm last night

Tor Minny

Raptors 118, Wolves 110

The Raptors started off ugly but at the end of it, the Killer B’s, Bosh and Bargnani (I hate playing into the Devlin nickname) got it done for the Raps. Kevin Love had a nice block on Bosh to start, and Randy Foye helped the Wolves get up big early on the Raptors. Sebastian Telfair had a nice play with a nice spinning layup and the foul.

After one quarter, the Wolves were up twelve, 37-25 as the Minnesota Timberwolves shot 60% from the floor.

Minnesota continued to lay it on the Raptors in the second quarter getting up as much as 16 points. The Raptors had a few careless turnovers in the second quarter until Andrea Bargnani got the Raptors within ten after his dunk. The Raps went on a 17-2 run capped off with a Jose Calderon jumper to get the Raptors within two.At the half, Minnesota was up 56-52.

The Raptors continued to press on the Wolves as they tied the game at 72. Anthony Parker hit the three to get up three and Bargnani had a sweet jam to get up four.

Kapono helped the Raptors push to get up six.

In the fourth quarter, Mike Miller tied the game back up at 84. The score was 103-101 for the Raps with 5:30 left to go in the game. Jose Calderon had two consecutive turnovers but was saved when Marion got the block and the ball back. Then Andrea Bargnani and Chris Bosh got the offense going hitting baskets to go up 113-106 on the Wolves. Anthony Parker iced the game with the three with 1:29 left.
