These Are A Few of My Favourite Dunks

First off, the title of this article is supposed to be sung in your head to the tune of “These Are A Few of My Favourite Things”.  And the title pretty much sums up the article – here are some of my favourite dunks from the early going in the NBA.  There have been numerous jaw-dropping aerial assaults so far – here are the ones I consider the best, in no particular order.

While watching this dunk, remember that Ty Lawson isn’t even 6’0″.  And he could probably be described as “stocky” (but not to his face):

No surprise the Dwyane Wade pulled off an amazing dunk, but it is impressive how he loses control of the ball while in the air but still slams it home:

Hate to embarrass a fellow Canadian, but Joel Anthony should have known better:

Andre Iguodala throws it down in reverse:

But perhaps the most impressive dunker thus far has been the Lakers Shannon Brown.  Here are two for the price of one from him.  The height he gets on the first one is insane, and the second one shows that no one is safe from his dunking wrath – including teammates:

So – did I miss any?
