The Good:

– highly skilled player
– big time scorer
– very efficient shooter
– great mid-range jumper
– extremely efficient scoring at the rim
– solid post scorer
– was one of the best players in college last season
– international experience playing for Canada

The Bad:

– short arms – 6'10" wingspan
– underperformed until his junior season
– year older than other juniors (redshirt year)
– not an NBA athlete
– doesn't take good care of the ball
– doesn't rebound well
– not much of a defender

NBA Comparison:

Spencer Hawes, poor man's Dirk Nowitzki

The Skinny:

Kelly Olynyk had a textbook "breakout" season this year for Gonzaga.  He's gone from not even on the radar to a mid-first round pick.  While his lack of athleticism will probably keep him from being a NBA star, he should still be a productive NBA player for years.
