(Denny Medley-USA TODAY Sports)

The 2013 NBA Draft was widely panned as being among the weakest drafts in recent memory.  But 2014 doesn’t carry that albatross around its neck – next year’s draft is considered to be a stacked draft class, with the man pictured above expected to be a franchise saviour.

Rather than fill cyberspace up with yet another mock draft, The Hoops Manifesto has determined the consensus top 60 prospects for the 2014 NBA Draft.  We took the mock drafts from four of the web’s best: DraftExpressNBADraft.net, NBA Draft Room, and WalterFootball.com, crunched the numbers and came up with our list.
Here’s our NCAA preseason look at next year’s draft.
