The Think Big Sacramento Committee just wrapped up their presentation of the Nexus Report to the Sacramento Press Club. You can read the entire report here (PDF format). In summation, the report suggests that the development costs be divvied up three ways between private entities (the NBA, the Kings and an arena operator), public interests and arena users.
