In light of yesterday’s news regarding City Councilmember Sandy Sheedy’s arena poll, we decided to revisit a podcast we conducted back in August with surveyor Paul Maslin. His organization, FM3 Research conducted their own poll (commissioned by Think Big Sacramento) that found “broadbased support” for a new arena. FM3 has conducted 20 or more surveys over the years on public opinion regarding sports venues. In addition to Sacramento, the most recent work they’ve done has taken place in Los Angeles, which is seeking to build a new football stadium.
