Three things to ponder

1. Who will slow Gallinari?

The Sacramento Kings will once again play without DeMarcus Cousins and Rudy Gay.  George Karl will turn to Derrick Williams to start opposite Gallinari who has been on fire of late.  The oft injured Italian forward is coming off a 47-point performance against Dallas on Friday night where he shot 15-of-23 from the field.

2. The fight for the six pick

Sacramento currently sits two games behind Denver in the Western Conference standings with just three games remaining.  The Kings finish up the season with back-to-back games against the Lakers, while the Nuggets go on the road against the Clippers and Warriors to end their 2014-15 schedule.  It’s unlikely, but with a win in Denver, and a strong finish against the Lakers, the Kings could actually move backwards in the draft.

3. David Stockton sighting?

The Sim Bhullar era is over in Sacramento.  Instead of retaining the 7-foot-5 center, the Kings re-signed rookie point guard David Stockton for the remainder of the season.  Stockton played seven minutes against the Clippers for Sacramento earlier in the season and he will likely get a short look over the final three games as well.
