22 UConn Football Players Earn Big East All-Academic Honors

Here’s the release from UConn about 22 UConn Huskies football players earning Big East All-Academic Honors:

PROVIDENCE – A total of 22 University of Connecticut football student-athletes have been named to the 2011 BIG EAST All-Academic Football Team. To be nominated, a player must have a cumulative grade-point index of at least 3.0 and completed a minimum of two semesters of academic work.
