The UConn men’s soccer team opened up the 2015 season on Friday night against St. Francis Brooklyn and they didn’t exactly play their best game. The two teams ended up playing to a scoreless draw in front of 3,618 at Morrone Stadium in Storrs, CT.
Sure it’s early in the season but head coach Ray Reid was not pleased after the game with the way anyone on the team played.
Senior Nick Zuniga, who came off the bench, led the team with three shots (one on goal). After the game, Zuniga talked about the importance of forgetting about this one and moving on.
